Sarah A. Domenicucci, PA-C, ATCSarah A. Domenicucci is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant. She began her employment with Northeast Orthopedics in the fall of 2005, soon after graduation.   Sarah obtained her Master’s of Physician Assistant Science degree from an American Medical Association accredited program at Gannon University, located in Erie, Pennsylvania.  

Sarah has always had an interest in Sportsmedicine.  She is also a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, with a concentration in athletic training and pre-physical therapy from Mercyhurst College, also located in Erie.  Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude, was an annual member on the Dean’s list, and was recognized by the National Honor Society.

While at Mercyhurst, Sarah was a starting member of their nationally ranked NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Team, and was also part of the GLIAC All Academic Team.  In addition, she served as President and Secretary of their Student Athletic Training Organization.  

Her experience in athletic training includes NCAA II Football, Men’s Basketball, and Women’s Lacrosse, as well as NCAA I Women’s Ice Hockey.  Sarah has also provided athletic training services for several athletic summer camps, including the College of Wooster and Family First Sports Park.  

Sarah is originally from Sherkston, Ontario, in Canada.  Her husband, Scott Peppel, is employed as the Head Athletic Trainer for Kenyon College.  They reside happily together in Sunbury, Ohio.  Together, they enjoy reading, running and spending time with family and friends.
